Understanding the Impact of Potential Bookings on Host Benefits

In summary, potential bookings refer to future orders that may be placed at a party or event. They can greatly affect host benefits by increasing total sales and are taken into account at the time of the event. They cannot be added after the party is over and are not guaranteed to turn into actual orders, but still count towards the total sales and can impact host benefits.

Does a potential booking count like a "real" booking for the host benefits?

No. It has to be an actually booking.

Ok..Thank you. Just wanted to make sure..

For a potential booking, I always enter them in ("pencil them in") for a date off the original booking, so when they DO have their show, it will count for the past host. If they don't, no harm no foul.

That's what I do. I never use the potential booking option.

1. What are potential bookings?

Potential bookings refer to future orders that may be placed by guests at a party or event hosted by a customer. These orders are not yet finalized but are expected to be placed within a specified timeframe.

2. How do potential bookings affect host benefits?

Potential bookings can significantly impact host benefits by increasing the total sales of the party. The more potential bookings there are, the higher the host's rewards and benefits will be.

3. When are potential bookings taken into account for host benefits?

Potential bookings are taken into account at the time of the party or event. These orders are included in the total sales for the party and will affect the host's rewards and benefits accordingly.

4. Can potential bookings be added after the party is over?

No, potential bookings cannot be added after the party is over. They must be included in the party's total sales at the time of the event to be eligible for host benefits.

5. Are potential bookings guaranteed to turn into actual orders?

No, potential bookings are not guaranteed to turn into actual orders. These are just orders that are expected to be placed in the future, but they may not all materialize. However, they still count towards the total sales for the party and can impact the host's benefits.
