Could some people upload all the files they use for their host packets. I am a "turning over a new leaf" consultant....after I did a women's expo and have 11 bookings in the next month and a half I figure I might as well go full force and make it happen. However, my host packets need a true re-vamping and my director is in the process of moving. I would appreciate the help...In the mean time I am doing a lot of searching through the files on here. Thanks

I know this isn't what you are looking for, but I don't put any files in my host packets. I just put invites, catalogs, outside order forms, show planner, season's best and host special. I think less is better, especially since most my hosts lose their packet for some reason! :)

There is a big thread on here for host packets that Jilleysue did. You may want to check that out.

I don't make up host "binders" either...Did that in the beginning, but they were too hard to keep track of and keep updated.

Here's what's in mine:
Thank you letter
Show Planner (my own version..I will attach it here. Although it is NOT my creation!!)
3 catalogs
5 oof's
color Host benefits flyer from HO
Oppoortunity brochure

I think that's all!!

Keep it simple. You'll find that unless you make a host coaching call (or meet with them in person) and go over this information, most will not read what you've included in the packet.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a host packet and why is it important for Pampered Chef parties?

A host packet is a collection of materials provided to a host to help them prepare for their Pampered Chef party. It typically includes product catalogs, order forms, party planning tips, and promotional materials. A well-prepared host packet is important because it equips the host with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote the party, engage guests, and ultimately drive sales.

What should be included in a successful host packet?

A successful host packet should include a variety of items such as a current product catalog, a host coaching guide, a sample party invitation, a wish list for guests, and any promotional flyers or special offers. Additionally, including a few recipes or cooking tips can inspire the host and their guests to engage more with the products.

How can I personalize host packets for different hosts?

Personalizing host packets can be done by considering the host's interests and the type of party they are planning. For example, if a host is passionate about baking, include recipes and products related to baking. You can also add a personal note or a small gift that reflects the host's personality, making them feel valued and excited about their party.

What are some tips for effectively coaching hosts using the materials in the packet?

To effectively coach hosts, schedule a one-on-one meeting or call to go through the host packet together. Encourage them to ask questions and share their ideas. Use the materials in the packet to guide the conversation, focusing on how to invite guests, set up the party, and engage attendees. Reinforce the importance of following up with guests after the party to maximize orders.

How often should I update my host packets?

Host packets should be updated regularly, ideally every season or whenever there are significant changes in products, promotions, or company policies. Keeping the materials current ensures that hosts have the most relevant information and tools to succeed, which can lead to higher sales and more successful parties.
