My trip incentive calculator is off. I had 75,000 + points the other day and the Level 3 was highlighted. Now it's down to 73,600 and the box is no longer highlighted....anyone else having problems? I can't figure out where the extra points went to ---
 
That is WEIRD. Mine doesn't seem to have fluctuated at all. Did any of your shows get put on hold? Too bad you can't call the HO this weekend.
 
That happened to me awhile back, it took all my recruiting points off and I was freaking out! So I called HO and emailed them in panic...they told me it may be due to updating and to check back in a day or two...
They did return but I look at that report all the time and have never seen it go down.
It is weird but rest assure your points should return :)
