I have a hostess who booked from someone's show who said she wanted to do the same thing we did at the first show which was the Tapas with the crostini. I e-mailed her the shopping list and she says she doesn't like Pesto or olives, but want to do the shrimp. Are there any other toppings we can do?????HELP:eek:

You can do the marinara topping. Super easy & always a hit-even with picky eaters! All you need is marinara or pizza sauce & Parmesan cheese-maybe parsley?

Encourage her...I would encourage the host to try something different. One of the reasons I believe people love coming to TPC shows so much is that they get to try different foods and recipes that wouldn't normally try on their own (goat cheese, anyone?)

Let her know that even if she doesn't care for all the toppings, her guests will appreciate the opportunity to try something new. I think the Crostini recipes are so great because the toppings are so different. Everyone is bound to like at least one!
