Reporting Unauthorized Sellers of Consultant-Only Products on eBay

I was on ebay and found the apron that came out this year. How do you report people that are selling the newest consultant only products!

There was a thread on this already and there was never a clear cut answer about whether or not this is even against the rules. I see no problem with people selling consultant items on eBay, it is just the actual catalog products that irks me!!
