Okay, so I just started up in Nov and am still trying to get the hang of some things. We just ended an outlet that had 'items available through FEB 29th or while supplies last'. so how long do the new items under outlet last? is it each month, each quarter, or what's the deal?

It varies. HO does not give us any heads up as to when the Outlet is or will be changed. Generally, they change it around the first of each month. Occasionally, changes are made during the month. Some items linger in there for months, while others stay only a matter of days. It just depends upon how each item sells and how much is in stock. The best advice is to just check the Outlet regularly. HTH
