I would capitalize the first letter. Also I would take out the "for a little while"

The rest looks pretty good.

I would suggest making the time shorter. If they think they have tons of time, they will space it. Possibly do an early afternoong one and an evening one maybe with different demos.

Are kids allowed? It makes it sound like they are not. Also, can they place an order on-line if they can't come by? I agree that the time seems like really long but it can't hurt.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in my open house invite for Pampered Chef?

Your open house invite should include the date, time, and location of the event, a brief description of what guests can expect (like product demonstrations or cooking tips), RSVP information, and any special promotions or giveaways. Make sure to highlight the fun and interactive aspects of the event to entice guests to attend.

How can I make my open house invite stand out?

Is it better to send digital or physical invites for my open house?

Both digital and physical invites have their advantages. Digital invites are quick to send and can reach a wider audience, while physical invites can feel more personal and may stand out more in a guest's mailbox. Consider your audience and their preferences; you might even combine both methods for maximum reach.

How far in advance should I send out my open house invites?

It’s best to send out your open house invites at least 2-4 weeks in advance. This gives your guests enough time to clear their schedules and allows you to follow up with reminders as the date approaches. If you’re inviting a larger group, consider sending the invites even earlier.

What should I do if I don’t get many RSVPs for my open house?

If you’re not getting many RSVPs, consider reaching out personally to potential guests via phone or text to encourage them to attend. You can also promote your event on social media or through local community groups to increase visibility. Lastly, ensure your invite clearly communicates the benefits of attending, such as exclusive offers or fun activities.
