Need Help with Shipping Charges on Catalog Orders?

In summary, P3 shipping refers to the charges incurred when using a private carrier such as FedEx or UPS to send a package. These charges are calculated based on factors like weight, dimensions, and destination, and can vary depending on the carrier, service selected, and additional fees. Negotiating rates may be possible for high-volume businesses, and there are ways to save on P3 shipping charges such as using smaller packaging and taking advantage of discounts or promotions. It is important to compare rates between carriers to find the best deal.

Help. I just entered 2 orders on a catalog show and for some reason it's not adding shipping and handling. I'm not sure how to fix. Does anyone know??

You have to input the host's address with zip code first so it can find the correct county, and thereby find the tax rate. I had this same problem. Hope it works for you! :)

There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:1. Check the product descriptions: Make sure that the products you entered in the orders do not include free shipping. Some companies offer free shipping on certain items or for orders over a certain amount, so make sure you haven't accidentally selected those products.2. Check the order total: Double check the order total to make sure that the shipping and handling charges were not added in automatically. If the total seems incorrect, check with the company's customer service to see if there are any known system issues.3. Confirm the shipping address: Make sure that the correct shipping address was entered for each order. Sometimes, if the address is not recognized by the company's system, it may not calculate the shipping and handling charges correctly.4. Contact customer service: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, reach out to the company's customer service team for assistance. They should be able to review the orders and determine why the shipping and handling charges were not added.Remember to always double check your orders before submitting them to avoid any mistakes or issues.
