Yes, even if they are on backorder, you still submit the shows that had orders for them. They will ship out the show to the host (minus the choppers) and will ship the choppers out as soon as they receive more inventory!ChefinHarmony said:My order that just shipped kicked them out at "backordered".
So, I have four open shows and I know there are lots on them. Can I still submit the shows even if they are on Stop Sell before I close out with the hosts? They were shows from last weekend. Yes, I already sold them, collected money, etc. So I can submit them?
Please advise.
Thanks!!

The "Mix N Chop on Stop Sell" update indicates that the Mix N Chop product will no longer be available for sale due to inventory issues or a decision made by Home Office. This means that consultants should not promote or sell this item until further notice.
The stop sell status is typically implemented to manage inventory levels, address quality concerns, or prepare for a product re-launch. Home Office will provide specific reasons for the stop sell in their communications to consultants.
If you have pending orders that include the Mix N Chop, you will need to inform your customers about the stop sell status and provide alternatives if necessary. It may impact your sales temporarily, but you can focus on promoting other available products in your inventory.
The timeline for when the Mix N Chop will be available again has not been specified. Home Office will communicate updates regarding the product's status, and consultants should stay tuned for further announcements.
If customers inquire about the Mix N Chop, it is best to be transparent about the stop sell status. Inform them that the product is currently unavailable and offer to help them find alternative products that meet their needs. Keeping communication open will help maintain customer trust.
