I am SO not worthy of being looked up to!! (well, that and I am only 5'2" tall - LOL)
But seriously...I not worthy of being looked up to, believe me. I am flattered, but not worthy.

That's awesome Carolyn!!! I'm so excited for you!! I really hope to be right behind you. It'll be more down to the wire with me. Counting the sales so far this month AND the (HOPEFULLY!) 2000 points from a recruit I just signed when she qualifies, I will only have 4594 left to reach Level 3. I'm really trying!! I still have 6 shows to go this month and 6 on the calendar for next month plus a vendor event, so I really hope that gets me there.dannyzmom said:...and it's showing on my Incentive Calculator...I made LEVEL THREE!!!!!

I hope to join you!!! Way to go for setting a goal and going for it! My other goal is TPC in sales, so if I can reach level 3, that will help get me there and I can get my ring!![]()

"Level 3 Achieved: Incentive Calculator Success!" indicates that a consultant has successfully reached the third level of the incentive program set by Pampered Chef. This achievement typically reflects a certain level of sales, team growth, or personal development, showcasing the consultant's commitment and performance within the business.
You can track your progress towards Level 3 by using the Incentive Calculator provided by Pampered Chef. This tool allows you to input your sales figures, team performance, and other relevant metrics to see how close you are to achieving the required goals for Level 3.
Achieving Level 3 often comes with various benefits, including exclusive rewards, recognition within the Pampered Chef community, and potential bonuses. Additionally, it may provide opportunities for further training and development to enhance your skills as a consultant.
While it is possible to achieve Level 3 in your first month, it typically requires a strong sales strategy, effective networking, and possibly a pre-existing customer base. Success at this level often depends on your dedication, effort, and understanding of the Pampered Chef products and business model.
If you are struggling to reach Level 3, consider seeking support from your upline or fellow consultants. They can provide valuable insights, tips, and encouragement. Additionally, focus on setting realistic goals, improving your sales techniques, and engaging with your customer base to boost your performance.
