If I have a show on June 29th/30th does it count towards June or July? Is it when you submit a show?
 
It's when the show is dated & submitted. Dated June & submitted by July 5th would count towards June.
 
For Sell-a-Thon, it's both. For it to count for June SAT, the show date has to be June, and you have to submit it by July 5.

Home office is really good about including those details in the fine print at the bottom of the flyers.
 
The show has to be held by June 30, and submitted by July 5 for it to count as a June show for the sellathon. If you submit a June 30 show after July 5, it wont' count for either. We also have the 5 day grace period for submitting our July shows.... held by July 31 and submitted by August 5 to count as a July sellathon show.
