Has anyone listened to this? What do you think?

From what I've heard of some of her other stuff, while it's really good, I can't get away with cutesy things so I'm not sure how much I could implement.

While I'm good at actually making the HC calls, I'm not sure the message is getting across and my hosts are actually committed to the show. Will this audio help?
 
I haven't heard the audio you are talking about, but I HAVE seen her live and in person...I am not that "cutesy and funny" consultant, but her ideas (party cheerleaders, negativitiy cop, commercials...) I have implemented with no problems! She actually has HELPED my self confidence when it comes to having more fun shows without me trying to be someone that I am not and coming off fake!

Good stuff - thanks. That's just what i needed to hear. The audio download is something like $34 but I think it would be worth it.
 
I have also seen her in person. I tried the cheerleader & neg. cop but it didn't work. No one would participate. I gave up on those. I still haven't implemented the commercial but plan to. I do put my host gift in bag w/ribbon. Plus, I have a "why bag" that I love.
