Yes, you can change show types in P3 without having to reenter all the information. The system allows you to edit the show type directly within the existing show details.
To change the show type, navigate to the show details page, select the current show type, and choose a new one from the dropdown menu. Make sure to save your changes afterward.
No, changing the show type will not affect your guest list. All guest information will remain intact, and you can continue to manage your guests as usual.
Once a show has been submitted, you cannot change the show type. Changes can only be made prior to submission to ensure accurate reporting and processing.
