I posted a couple days ago about inviting my neighbors to two shows in one week. I am sending a flyer instead of two seperate invitations. Anyways, I am not creative at all!! My husband put this flyer together for me. The document is in Microsoft Publisher. I am not sure if I love it. Feedback please!!
Thanks! also these are my 1st two shows.

Its ok. I love the idea and the way its organized. The colors are a little... well not me but I really don't have any suggestions/thoughts. He did a great job and seems quite creative.

The problem with Publisher is that the person opening it has to have the same version that it was saved in. Most of us won't be able to see what you have here.

Here it is in PDF form so everyone can take a look!

It is simple and well laid out. I wouldn't use yellow background though. Evidently, that's the hardest color on our eyes. I wouldn't use bold so much either. Seems to make it a little harder to read in that font? Being invited to two shows in the same week! Wow...choices, choices! I hope they go well for you.

This really looks great!! Well done!:balloon:

Thanks for the tips. Jennifer-thanks for switching it to a PDF. Apparently my hubby made some changes at work and is printing them for me. I'll see what I get when he gets home.

This is a really attractive flyer. Great job!

Personal preference? "There is no time better” doesn’t read easily for me. I find that "There is no better time" flows for me.

I would include your phone number with your name at the bottom. They might not want to attend any of these events but they may want to contact you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I effectively invite my neighbors to my first two Pampered Chef shows?

To effectively invite your neighbors, consider using a personal approach. Handwritten invitations can make a big impact, or you can create a fun digital invite. Make sure to include the date, time, location, and a brief overview of what they can expect at the shows. Highlight any special promotions or new products that will be featured to entice them to attend.

What should I include in my invitation to make it appealing?

Your invitation should be warm and welcoming. Include details about the Pampered Chef products that will be showcased, any cooking demonstrations planned, and the opportunity for guests to win prizes or receive discounts. Adding a personal touch, like a note about why you’re excited to host, can also make your invitation more engaging.

How can I encourage my neighbors to RSVP to my shows?

Encourage RSVPs by making it easy for them to respond. Include a clear call-to-action in your invitation, such as a phone number or email address where they can confirm their attendance. You might also consider offering a small incentive, like a raffle entry for a prize, for those who RSVP by a certain date.

What if my neighbors are hesitant to attend?

If your neighbors seem hesitant, try to understand their concerns. Offer to answer any questions they might have about the shows or the products. You can also emphasize the social aspect of the event, such as the chance to meet new people and enjoy some delicious food. Sometimes, a personal invitation can help alleviate any apprehensions.

How can I follow up with my neighbors after sending the invitations?

Following up is key to ensuring attendance. A few days after sending your invitations, reach out with a friendly reminder via text or a quick phone call. You can also use social media to create an event page where you can share updates and encourage discussions. This keeps the excitement alive and makes it easier for them to commit to attending.
