What percentage do they get?
Do you still make commission?
I'm still a little green at the whole PC thing. :o

Sales under $599 get 10%, over $600 the organization gets 15%.

Our commission on fundraisers is 15% unless your career sales are over $15,000 in which then you get 17%.

The HWC fundraisers we can do only in May have new rules for that.

You can read more on this in your Recipe for Success on page E-12. The HWC explanation of the breakdown is in the February CN which you can download off CC.

I hope this helps you out.

It really does Harriet! Thanks. I haven't got my consultant kit yet...maybe it'll come today? I just signed 1/22 but I'm thinking I'll do a fundraiser for my son's preschool.

Welcome! What is your name? The page number I gave you may be wrong as I think we are getting new pages in our changeover kit which should be the same as the what you will get in your kit, but when you do get it you should find it in there somewhere. My changeover kit is due tomorrow so I'll look to see where abouts in it that it explains fundraisers. The information on percentages is the same for regular fundraisers.

I hope you get to do a fundraiser at your son's preschool. There is alot of information on this board about them.

I am attaching a very useful set of notes on fundraising by Nancy Jo Ryan for you to look at while you are waiting for your kit.
This is a very exciting time for you! I wish you lots of success and fun!

If I can help you some more please let me know. If I don't know the answer I will let you know I don't know and of course if I do know I will help you.

Thanks so much Harriet! My name is Sundey BTW.

Is it just for the month of May that they're increasing the % or is it starting in May and it's forever?

Oh I see now...it seems it's just for HWC for May. Thanks!

No problem, Sundey! Glad I could help you out.

Does anyone know how long it takes for an organization to get their check from PC?

I think it is a couple of weeks. I forget when the one I did last May got theirs.

Recently, organizations have been getting them right around the same time as the products.

Thanks, Ann for the update on the current timing of the fundraiser checks. I just couldn't remember from last May when I did my last fundraiser.
