The first divider says Show Info. I insert the It's Show Time flyer, Joy's DYLAB, a Can You Beat This card, and the Calendar Reminder stickers. Immediately behind that is an outline of my policies/procedures for the Hostess and her "extra" benenfits, the Host Benefit Flyer, Host Special and Guest Special Flyers, all in document protectors.
And that's it!

What is a NA and STB sticker? and Can you tell me more on DYLAB and Can you beat this card?
PamperedChefDebi said:Can You Beat This is a red postcard that says "Invite your friends and take the challenge! Can you beat this? Host a Kitchen or Catalog Show and beat a High Show Total of $_____, and I'll award you ____________. We're always whipping up something new in the kitchen!" I can't even remember where I got them from right now. Duh.

I use the 2-pocket folders with no prongs. They're cheap, and I don't feel bad if they disappear. I used to include a pencil pouch (the kind that goes into a binder) with a labed that said "Use this for collecting outside orders and payment", but hosts wouldn't return them when they flaked out on hosting. So now I use a 6x9 envelope that's addresed to me and stamped, with a sticky note that says the same thing. I take the orders at the show, and leave them the envelope for mailing in any after-show outside orders and checks.
I'm not so great with checklists....I lose themJilleysue said:I just really wish I could see someone's folders. I use the folders too and I think I have included the same as everyone else. I think I just need a checklist to create and make sure I dont' forget everything.
A Host Folder is a collection of materials and resources that Pampered Chef consultants provide to their hosts to help them organize and promote their cooking shows. It typically includes information about products, recipes, and tips for hosting a successful event.
Host Folder Photos are important because they showcase how other consultants have organized their folders. This visual inspiration can help new consultants and hosts create effective and appealing folders that enhance the hosting experience and encourage guest participation.
A well-organized Host Folder should include product catalogs, order forms, recipes, party planning tips, and any promotional materials. Additionally, including personalized notes or incentives can make the folder more engaging for the host and their guests.
You can find examples of organized Host Folders by searching online through social media groups, Pampered Chef consultant forums, or by asking fellow consultants for photos of their folders. Many consultants share their ideas and layouts to inspire others.
Absolutely! Customizing your Host Folder to reflect your personal style or brand can make it more appealing. Feel free to add your own flair with colors, designs, or additional materials that resonate with your target audience and enhance the overall presentation.
