To customize your postcards, log into your Pampered Chef account and click on the "Marketing" tab. Then, select "Holiday Open House" from the drop-down menu. From there, you can add your personal information, including your name, contact information, and the date and time of your event.
Yes, you can! When customizing your postcards, click on the "Add Image" button and upload your desired image or logo. You can then resize and position it on the postcard as you wish.
Once you have customized your postcards, click on the "Order" button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a page where you can select the quantity of postcards you would like to order. After selecting your quantity, click on "Add to Cart" and follow the prompts to complete your order.
Once you have placed your order, it typically takes 5-7 business days for your postcards to be printed and shipped. However, during busy holiday seasons, it may take a bit longer. If you need your postcards by a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance.
Yes, you can track your postcard order by logging into your Pampered Chef account and clicking on the "Orders" tab. From there, you can see the status of your order and track its shipment once it has been sent out.
