A Pampered Chef gift certificate through a show? Hopefully, it's through THEIR show! Anyone could use a gift certificate. HO just sends it to the recipient. They don't necessarily even realize it's a consultant.

No, just as a gift (not through a show).
 
Yep a consultant can use it just like anyone else. Go to the main PC website and when you get to the payment section put in the GC number.
