This year my recruiting took a nose dive!! 3 gals in Jan -February
then nothing until November- I worried about my team. I worried about
the trip.
I even reached out to Doris in June- My July and August were a
complete result of her time- The recruits still were not coming- This
month 3 of my 4 recruits--YES 4 were Home Office Leads, some may think
it's luck- I don't!!

I have been a Director for 5 1/2 of my almost 6 years here. Never
missing a month of leads. Sometimes they are good and sometimes
well=we all know they are Not!

Pampered Chef tried really hard to help us with this system and for
those of us who consistently reach to $1250. a month we are rewarded-
This is an amazing way to show all our teams- as Directors they can
too!! Home Office reached out to career builder and sported new ad's
EVERYWHERE- It is nice to know this is a true team effort-

The Home Office leads are just one of the bonuses to being a Director.
If I can have 3 in a month from the lead system so can you! So can our
aspiring Directors- Getting them to reach a little bit more, being a
little uncomfortable, stretching out of our comfort zones-is a way to
move to the next level--
So who do we know that will do the work for this sweet result-
Reaching out a little bit more, making someone feel valued! Recognize
them along the way--They deserve it too! It is what Home Office does
for us-

The feeling of my new people sharing what there going through to me in
this tough economy is all I need to keep searching for those who are
not courageous enough to take the initial step- It's our time to
shine-Pampered Chef is what everyone needs in there home- Weather it
is our product, or us personally showing off our amazing products, our
delicious recipes! Is is teaching them to get out there and make good
money too--we can do it--It is our job to share this!!

If you are close to earning the trip this year and do not yet have the
recruits-

GO GET UM!!!! Don't stop now! Don't give up-- So it's a stretch- Go
For it!!
You too can find the new members who are committed to making it work
even with 2 weeks left of Christmas Delivery-the month goes on!

Reach, stretch, and be uncomfortable and watch your team do it too!
You deserve it-Let yourself earn it-

I look forward to hearing from you. Ask for support and tell
everyone our secret!!

What inspired you to become a Director?

I have always had a passion for cooking and entertaining, and I found that Pampered Chef's products and philosophy aligned perfectly with my interests. As I continued to host parties and share my love for the brand, I realized that I wanted to take my involvement to the next level and become a Director. I wanted to inspire others to pursue their own passions and dreams, just as Pampered Chef has allowed me to do.

What are the responsibilities of a Director at Pampered Chef?

As a Director, my main responsibility is to lead and support a team of Consultants. This includes providing training and guidance, setting goals and helping them reach their potential, and promoting the Pampered Chef brand. I also work closely with the company to strategize and plan events, promotions, and other initiatives to help grow our business.

What challenges have you faced as a Director?

Being a Director at Pampered Chef has definitely had its ups and downs. One of the biggest challenges I faced was learning how to balance my personal and professional life. As a Director, I am constantly working towards growing my business and supporting my team, but it's important to also take time for myself and my family. I have also faced challenges with managing different personalities and finding ways to motivate and empower my team members.

How do you measure success as a Director at Pampered Chef?

For me, success as a Director is not just about hitting sales targets or achieving high ranks within the company. It's about seeing my team members grow and succeed in their own businesses, and knowing that I played a part in their journey. It's also about creating a positive and supportive team culture, and building strong relationships with customers and fellow Consultants.

What advice do you have for someone interested in becoming a Director at Pampered Chef?

My biggest piece of advice would be to never stop learning and growing. Attend trainings, connect with other Directors, and always be open to new ideas and strategies. Also, don't be afraid to take risks and step out of your comfort zone. Being a Director requires hard work, dedication, and a willingness to try new things. Lastly, remember that being a Director is not just about the title or the perks, but about making a positive impact on others and creating a fulfilling career for yourself.
