How to Promote to Director and Plan for Success in Your Mary Kay Journey

In summary, you can change workshops, and you should call Career Solutions to double check the cut-off date to have your promotion updated on your records.

ok so I am very close to promoting to Director My team needs 450.00 in sales to reach I have 1 more show this month and a vendor day in fashion Bug
( Not going to cheer yet )

Question : can I change workshops if I do promote cause I would like to be able to not take " Promote to Director Now " and be able to take a Director workshop

YES, you can change, even on site if u promote! Good luck!

You can change workshops even after you get to Conference, so I don't see why you couldn't change your workshop after you become eligible to take a director workshop. Now, I'm not sure what the cut-off is to have promoted for HO to have their records updated to show you are a director. I would hope it's July 1st, but I can see it being June 1st. You might want to call Career Solutions to make sure.

Congrats!

Yes, you will be able to change your workshops. You can try at CC but it'll probably be past the date to do that by the time your directorship shows up there. No worries though. You can make the changes at conference. I have done it in the past. They know that there are several new July 1 directors coming and they are prepared to make changes for you if things are missed because of the timing.
