I ordered some stuff at leadership and I'm so anxious to get them! I'm wondering how long it takes to get the orders...did anyone get theirs yet???
 
I ordered during leadership, but not at leadership. I got my Nancy's order 6 days ago with a "thanks for ordering at conference gift" inside. Oops! I will take a free gift anytime! Hopefully yours gets here soon! I haven't seen anything from Merrill yet...

I just got my stuff from Nancy's today that i ordered at Leadership.
 
I think the Thanks for ordering at Conference gift was part of their January special - I love geting the extra goodies from Nancy's

Well, after all that, I did get my package today! The reason I was so anxious to get it is that I have 40 or so S/S 2006 catalogs that I want to get rid of and I ordered a bunch of clear catalog door bags so I can hang them on doors in my area. I also got some new postcards (actually, I've never used them before) and stickers...

So I'll probably go around the neighborhoods this weekend to drop them off!

Still waiting on my VIP order while those who ordered AFTER leadership was over have already received theirs!!!!!

I did get an email today saying it shipped, but really! This is BAD CS and I will let them know.

I ordered from VIP and Nancy's and haven't received my orders yet. I haven't received an email saying they've shipped either. This sucks!! I am really pissed that you guys ordered during conference or AFTER conference and got your stuff already! Debbie, I'm with you. It is bad customer service!
 
I e-mailed Nancy's and they never responded I think all 3 should e-mail you to let you know when things have shipped - It's just the right thing to do

Okay, so I emailed Nancy's saying I wasn't too happy - especially since people who had ordered after Leadership were getting their stuff and I got a call back. I could tell she was TRYING to be nice, but she wasn't. I wish I could put a sound clip on here! She was quite snooty when she said that it should be here today and that they got back from Leadership on Friday and even worked MLK Day and had freak snowstorms and stuff. That's fine. Just LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW! Any why did they get back from Leadership so late?
 
The vendor booths were open until 3:00 on Wednesday. By the time they packed everything up, it was probably too late to leave. And they may have driven from Colo Spgs.I agree- they should have let people know.
 
Okay I got my stuff from Nancy's today! I love Nancy's and their new look, however I am very disappointed in the flimsyness of their new postcards. I ordered a crapload (I even asked the guy if they were the same thickness as the colored postcards & he said yes. So I sent an email w/ a suggestion to make them stronger. It feels like a piece of paper not a postcard. So we will see how they respond!
 
I have the Nancy's business cards and I'm not happy with them either. I remember reading on here that Nancy is not happy with them as well and she is trying to find a better quality cardstock for them.
