Dell Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience

Anyone have one? Do you like it? I finally contacted Dell and this was the suggested choice for what I need??? Unfortunately, the man I spoke with had a cold and it was hard to understand him, he kept coughing, and I got the feeling he just wanted off the phone.

I don't have much experience with any of them to know what would or wouldn't be appropriate for you. I got a Dell Inspiron 1720 in May and I LOVE it. I wanted a laptop for shows and I find myself using this about 98% of the time over my desk top computer. It's just fabulous to be in the family room doing a little work over being tucked away in the office. I used to only be able to do office work when the kids were sleeping or when dad was home. Now I'm doing it when ever I want!

Hi there! I have a Dell laptop and I love it. It's been my go-to for years now and I haven't had any major issues with it. As for the customer service experience you had, that can definitely be frustrating. Have you tried reaching out to Dell again to see if you can speak with someone else? Sometimes you just get unlucky with who you end up talking to. But overall, I highly recommend Dell laptops. They're reliable and have great performance.
