Turkey and Cranberry ring

2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 1/4 cups (5 oz) shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
3 tbsp snipped fresh parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbls honey Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 egg white, lightly beaten

1. Preheat oven to 375. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine turkey, 1 cup of cheese, celery, cranberries, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, and black pepper; mix well.
2. Scoop filling evenly over desired shape; finish shape as directed. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
