I am doing a HWC fundraiser.
The show total is $160 and the Commisionable Sales are $114.50.
So, is this considered a Fundraiser?
Or do I need to get the Comm. Sales up?
I always get confused on this.
TIA

was there a host special orderd? you will need to go off show sales

So I can submit it, since it is over $150, right?

$150 in guest sales=a show.
You're good.

Thanks Debbie!
I always get the total sales & commissionable sales mixed up!

The total sales includes the host order.

The Show Total includes the host order, taxes and shipping charges. Yikes!

Oh gees Ann, you just jacked me all up.
I will open up my P3 and find out what I have...

Sorry--

they go, low to high:
1) Commissionable (the important one, since this is what you're paid on!)
2) Total Sales
3) Show Total. (The only time you have to worry about this is when it's being debited from your account. :) )

On a Fundraiser does the Host order add in since the Host isnt getting free product?

I have one now and the order is at $156 and that is including the Host Special Pink Bowls. Do I need more orders or is it ok?

I believe it does, yes. Except for the Monthly Host Special, since we don't earn commission on those.

Which is a good point - the guest sales total on a regular show will include any past-host specials, but those are not in the commissionable total.

OK- have I comfused everyone enough now?

I think so because she is the chairperson and not the host.

OK, so here's my break down
Commissionable Sales - $114.50
Guest Sales - $127.50
Show Total - $160.04

So, since the "Guest Sales" are only $127.50, it isn't a show yet, right?
Am I getting it now?

You're getting it. You'll need $22.50 more in sales to have a show.

Yes that's right , you never go by show total only, total guest sales 150.00 is for every show or it will have to be Individual sales

I am not sure with P3 but with PP it would not let you submit the show if it was not 150 in sales.

I have had a couple of consultants very confused about this at first. A quick review. This is true for all shows and even for individual orders (except of course the host benefits part since there are no guests).

Guest Sales - this number determines what the host benefits are for the show.

Total Sales - this number is the total amount of money due including shipping and tax.

Commissionable Sales - this number is what our pay is determined by.

anyone else getting dizzy?????

It doesn't let you.
I just went into the "Finalize" tab and it gave me all the Errors.
It says: "Guests sales must total at least $150.00 to submit show."
SO, that settles it!
