In the past I have always been able to open a document someone has posted on this site, made my changes to it, then e-mailed the document to myself to send to my contacts. All of a sudden, I am not receiving the e-mails. Any computer guru's out there that can help me? I'm getting very frustrated because I always counted on this and now....nothing! HELP, PLEASE.

If you have not already done so, it is best to check that your email settings are correct and that any anti-spam filters are allowing emails from the site. If the settings are correct and you are still not receiving emails, you should contact the support team of the site where you are posting documents for assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and determine what is causing the emails to not arrive in your inbox. Additionally, you can also test sending emails from the site to an alternate email address to see if those emails are received.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with receiving emails after making changes to documents on this site. Have you checked your spam or junk folder to see if the emails are ending up there? It's possible that your email provider is marking them as spam. If that's not the case, then it could be an issue with the site's email system. I would recommend reaching out to the site's customer support team for assistance. They should be able to troubleshoot the issue and help you get back to sending your documents to your contacts. Good luck!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I can't send edited documents via email?

If you're unable to send edited documents via email, first check your internet connection to ensure you are online. Next, verify that the email address you are sending to is correct. If the issue persists, try saving the document in a different format or reducing the file size before sending.

Why are my edited documents not attaching to my email?

There could be several reasons why your edited documents are not attaching to your email. Ensure that the file size does not exceed the attachment limit set by your email provider. Additionally, check if the file type is supported by the email service you are using.

How can I troubleshoot email sending issues with edited documents?

To troubleshoot email sending issues, start by restarting your email application or device. Clear your email application's cache and cookies, and ensure that your email account settings are configured correctly. If you are using an email client, check for any updates that may need to be installed.

Is there a way to send edited documents if email fails?

If email fails, consider using cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox to share your edited documents. You can upload the file and share the link with the recipient, allowing them to access the document without needing to send it via email.

What should I check if my email keeps bouncing back when sending edited documents?

If your email keeps bouncing back, check the error message for clues. Common issues include the recipient's inbox being full, the email address being incorrect, or your email being flagged as spam. Ensure that your email content complies with the recipient's email server policies and try resending the email after making necessary adjustments.
