Ok so I am sending out a host packet for a catalog show, which is mostly going to be done through the internet. I told her she could keep it open for two weeks, which runs into Sept. Will it prompt them to order from the right catalog?

Will what prompt them to order from the catalog? Your website?

If she (or you do it for her) sends out the "evite" invitation through your website for a catalog, it tells them they can shop right from the online catalog. THere will even be a link they can click on to take them right to the catalog.

Is that what you mean?

It will allow them to see the correct catalog based on the DATE OF THE SHOW that you input. If it's an August date, they will see the SS catty...if it's dated for September they will see the FW catty.

Thanks Kelly... thanks helps! This is my first change over so I wasn't sure. I went in set up the show dating it for Aug so I should be good!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a catalog show and how does it work for Pampered Chef?

A catalog show is a type of party where hosts share a catalog of Pampered Chef products with their friends and family, either online or in person. Guests can browse the catalog, place orders, and the host earns rewards based on the total sales. For online catalog shows, hosts can use social media or dedicated platforms to showcase products and engage with potential customers.

How can I effectively promote my catalog show online?

To promote your catalog show online, utilize social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Create engaging posts that highlight featured products, share recipes, and offer incentives for orders. Consider creating an event page or group where guests can ask questions and interact. Sending personal invitations via direct messages can also help increase participation.

What are some tips for engaging guests during an online catalog show?

Engagement is key to a successful catalog show. Use interactive elements like polls, quizzes, and live demonstrations to keep guests interested. Encourage guests to share their favorite products or recipes in the comments. You can also host giveaways or contests during the show to incentivize participation and keep the energy high.

How do I handle questions or objections from potential customers?

Be prepared to answer common questions about products, shipping, and returns. Encourage open communication by inviting guests to ask questions during the show. If someone has an objection, listen carefully and address their concerns with helpful information. Providing personal testimonials or sharing your own experiences with the products can also help alleviate doubts.

What rewards can I expect from hosting a catalog show?

As a host of a catalog show, you can earn various rewards based on the total sales generated. These rewards typically include discounts on future purchases, free products, and exclusive host-only items. The more sales you generate, the greater the rewards, so it's beneficial to encourage as many orders as possible from your guests.
