chefann said:You can use the numbers on the Monthly Sales Diary to compute it easily. Divide the monthly commissionable sales by the number of guests. It won't be completely accurate, because it won't include past host specials or host half-price purchases, but it'll be a decent estimate.

Just my experience so far.
