I got mine yesterday in my supply order. I really like it. It's beautiful. My only questions are they going to change the design every year or every season??
 
It's available??? I saw in Weekly Bites it wasn't yet. What item number did you use? The regular one then check N/C in PP?

Just like the stoneware heart molds they'll change the design with each new product season (fall winter / spring summer)

I used the number that was in the August Consultant News. The number is ES48 for the trivet. I turned in a Supply order Monday (8/14), I just tried to put the number in and it came right up. So I submitted it, because I kept hearing we could order it after 8/15. Well then I saw the weekly bites on 8/15 where it said it isn't available. So I figured if I got I got if not then I would get it when they said okay on it. Well, I got my supply order yesterday and it was in there. It is beautiful. I really like it.

Well good then I will start collecting them every season then. I really like them.
 
I wish they would just automatically ship it to us since we get them anyway. I done my supply order before they were available and I have enough to last a while now. I guess I will just have to pay the $4 shipping to get it. I have a Fall Preview Open House the 27th and I would love to have it by then. I may call and see how much the shipping would be for just that since I have already placed an order this month.

I called HO about shipping price for just the trivet. They said they were on back order (guess someone got lucky when they got their's yesterday, ha!!) and they said that they were considering doin gfree shipping on it as well since it was a free product for us and to stay tuen to weekly bite or execuflash. I think we should all email HO and let them know how much we would appreciate free shipping on it when we have already placed our supply orders. I am going to do that as soon as i finish thyping this and let the consultant in my cluser know as well.

Well if HO said that then I guess I did get lucky. :D WoW! I just couldn't wait on holding my supply order any longer I had to get it in. That is the only reason I put the number in. All I can say is go a head and if you are holding your order because of the trivet put the number in and send it. see what happens. If you order it and they don't have it don't they have to send it to you when then do get it in??:rolleyes:
 
On back order......they aren't even available to customers and it is already on back order? Hello.....how can we sell products that are on backorder. I hope they get a good supply before Sept. 1.
 
I can't believe it's on back order already!:eek: It is so pretty; I was waiting till Monday to do my supply order so I could add it to it. I was hoping to have it for my bingo/sneak peek....
 
If a supply item is on backorder they always ship it when it comes in for no additional shipping. PC never charges additional shipping for anything that's backordered.

If we ordered the "available in September" products in the sample list with our other samples we were only charged one shipping fee even though they are coming separately.

Remember, they are potentially sending out 70,000 free trivets and then expect it to be a huge seller in September. They need to have a good supply in stock. I think the manufaturer isn't as quick as promised. Don't worry this will resolve quickly!

That is true! I ordered the new Executive Grill Pan and it said it wouldn't ship until Sept 1st and I got it Yesterday, August 18th!! I was so surprised to get it so QUICK!! THANK YOU PC!:D

I ordered the trivet and they sent me a dvd instead! I know I downloaded/input the right #. Of course HO is closed on the w/e but I'll call first thing tomorrow.

If it's your first supply order of the season - they automatically send everyone a DVD - so my guess is the trivet is still on back order.

I didn't get my trivet either, I am glad I popped on here...I was about to call and cause a huge rukus!!

I just called HO and they said well they couldnt be ordered yet. I said as of the 15th we were allowed to order them. She said well as of your weekly bites it says you couldnt order them. I corrected her again and she said well then we must be out of them. I just got back from vacation so I assume we are out of them and you will get one when they are back in stock. I said so should I just wait it out and see if it comes or will I get a notification its on its way? she said no just wait it out.

It didnt say anything about it on my supply order sheet. Is that normal? It didnt say backorder or even have the trivet on there.
 
I will be getting my supply order tomorrow and I will let you know if it came.:)

The August edition of PC Consultant News did say on page 11 that "Beginning this month, simply write-in #ES48 on paperwork/supply."

I think they must have had a problem with getting them in from the supplier and we just have to wait until the Weekly Bites tells us they are in and available for ordering. Bummer!
 
I ordered one of the trivets on my latest supply order and did not receive it. On the receipt it said it was on backorder and was estimated to ship 9/1.So I personally think if you already have it on order it will be shipped at no extra charge when it is available.

:confused: I think that is crazy I got my trivet, don't ask me how I got it but I got one. I even got another dvd too cause that was my second supply order for the month. So I have two dvds. I think things are messed up at the Home Office. Well Hopefully they will start shipping them out soon. I will tell you I had a fair/event tonight at the community center here and I had the trivet with me. Some people really like it and some are a little upset they got rid of the mold. So there is about what kind of reaction you'll get from it. I know I already have two orders for the trivet.:) Hopefully more to come. Anyway, you all have a good night!
 
I got 2 orders for the trivet at my open house last night - and don't even have one to show! I can't wait to actually take one to shows with me!
I think the whole time I've been a consultant (almost 4 years!) I've only had 1 customer buy the stoneware molds!
 
My supply order came yesterday...and no trivet. It says it is on back order. I am also wondering if they are going to have a problem with keeping them in stock. I know that people are really excited about them coming out.
