candiejayne said:I just got an email from my director, she said that they hope to be up and running smoothely in the next 5-10 minutes or so. She also said that if you call and speak with tech support, they can document that you called about trouble submitting, and that something may be able to be done for you if you don't make it in, in time.
I hope you all get your orders in!
got an update as I was typing this, this is what it said... hope this helps!
just spoke with tech support. The Pampered Chef
<http://www.pamperedchef.com/> is down. They are frantically working to get
the website up. There has been a huge snow storm in the Chicago area which
is part of the problem. Tech support said to keep checking to see if the
The Pampered Chef <http://www.pamperedchef.com/> website is back up then
you will know you will be able to submit your shows. Rich Schubkegal who is
Vice President of Tech Support and CEO Marla Gotschalk are discussing what
to do. PC will honor your shows needed to submit especially since this is a
corporate issue. I am just not sure exactly how. Tech support does however
have the capacity to see if you tried to submit a show that failed to submit
so keep trying for sure.
Also as a back up: send an email to

stating your name, consultant number and host name, show number and date of
show and date you tried to submit it. Do this as a back up so you have it in
writing and of course keep trying as long as you can stay awake.
I have every confidence in our company to make these issues right and I am
very aware that so many of you have so very much riding on the shows to be
submitted tonight like PC incentives and keeping your Directorship or
regaining it after the relinquishment cycle. Hang in there! OK! Love,
Crystal
This phrase typically indicates that someone has just logged into a chat or communication platform at 9:34 PM Eastern Standard Time, and they are also participating in a conversation or event related to "CC," which could stand for a specific group or topic within the context of direct sales or Pampered Chef.
Yes, "CC" often refers to "conference call" or "customer care" in the context of Pampered Chef. It can also signify a specific team or community group where consultants share tips, updates, and support each other.
To join the conversation, you would need to be part of the same platform or group where the discussion is taking place. This may involve being invited to a conference call, joining a Facebook group, or accessing a specific chat room used by Pampered Chef consultants.
Before joining a CC call, it's helpful to prepare by having any necessary materials ready, such as product information, sales reports, or questions you may want to ask. Additionally, ensure that your technology is working properly to avoid disruptions during the call.
Many teams within Pampered Chef may record their conference calls for later access. You should check with your team leader or the group organizer to see if recordings are available and how you can access them for review.
