what is the deal. How can the website be down today of all days. This is driving me crazy.
 
Just tried again, and no luck. I am going to keep trying every 15 min or so.
 
Anyone having trouble with website still? I am trying to submit an order and not getting it to go!
 
I just got an email from my director, she said that they hope to be up and running smoothely in the next 5-10 minutes or so. She also said that if you call and speak with tech support, they can document that you called about trouble submitting, and that something may be able to be done for you if you don't make it in, in time.

just spoke with tech support. www.pamperedchef.com
<http://www.pamperedchef.com/> is down. They are frantically working to get
the website up. There has been a huge snow storm in the Chicago area which
is part of the problem. Tech support said to keep checking to see if the
www.pamperedchef.com <http://www.pamperedchef.com/> website is back up then
you will know you will be able to submit your shows. Rich Schubkegal who is
Vice President of Tech Support and CEO Marla Gotschalk are discussing what
to do. PC will honor your shows needed to submit especially since this is a
corporate issue. I am just not sure exactly how. Tech support does however
have the capacity to see if you tried to submit a show that failed to submit
so keep trying for sure.



Also as a back up: send an email to
<mailto:[email protected]> [email protected]
stating your name, consultant number and host name, show number and date of
show and date you tried to submit it. Do this as a back up so you have it in
writing and of course keep trying as long as you can stay awake.



I have every confidence in our company to make these issues right and I am
very aware that so many of you have so very much riding on the shows to be
submitted tonight like PC incentives and keeping your Directorship or
regaining it after the relinquishment cycle. Hang in there! OK! Love,

I live 30 mins from HO. Just looked out my window. No snow. Freezing rain, yes. Snow, no.

Funny how these stories grow. LOL
 
I'm in IL too, but like 2 hours from HO, we got snow last night, but not enough to shut anything down. I wasn't sure about what was happening weather wise up there though!

submitted through midnight CT on December 1, 2008 will be counted as
November business.

Please note, all orders and agreements that you want to count for December
should be submitted beginning on Tuesday, December 2, 2008.
