8 Shows a Month & 1 Recruit a Month "Club"

The postcard from July is for submitting 8 shows, not recruiting.

PG 19 of the Aug CN shows that there are postcards for both sale and recruiting and I thought at National Conference they announced that from here on out, there were 2 each month we could get... one for 8 or more shows submitted and one for recruiting. Did I hear this wrong?

You heard right Colleen. This is from the Aug CN (via JanetUpNorth on CS):

Monthly Recognition (July - December):
• Earn an exclusively designed Recruiting Jean Postcard for each new Cons. Agreement you submit.
• Earn a unique Selling Jean Postcard for submitting 8 shows in each calendar month

Woo-hoo! Earned 8+1 for August. Just turned in show number 8 (though half my submissions this month averaged around $200) . But two more team members signed today...for a total of 3 this month. And my gal from July earned her $1000 for the rebate. I want to seriously apply what I learned at NDA and get them off to a great start.

I'm in! I currently have 7 shows booked. I will book 3 more for September because I have a lot of cancellations for some reason.My goal is to recruit 2 per month. I did 2 for August and I have 1 ready to go for September with 2 more seriously considering it and I have yet to do a cooking show!I need to qualify 10 recruits and do 4000 in sales each month to go to Aruba. I have 6 recruited already so I only need 4 more!

I'm In!!I got 2 postcards for July!! 1 for Recruit and 1 for doing my 8 shows! AND I got 3 postcards for August!! WHOO HOOO!! 2 for Recruits and 1 for my 8 shows.

This month will be a little harder...but I will do it!! I have held 3 shows already and have 6 more on my calendar plus 5 catalog shows...maybe it won't be harder!! LOL!! Sometimes I think I am not on track when I really am!!

It is amazing that I will work so hard for a little postcard!!

I am on track for TPC in recruiting for the first time...it will be great to get TPC in mroe than one category!! I have 6 qualified and 2 more to qualify! At the end of TPC this year, I only had 9 for the entire year! Here we are 3 months in and I have almost passed that already!! WHOO HOOO!!:sun:

But I have 1 for recruiting in August and 4 for September and I already signed one in October
I was bummed because I haven't been able to consistently do 1 a month then Amy Neal told me to look at the whole year and did tell me that I was working doing it right because I have at least 1 for every month.
I have signed 16 this year.
So, I guess that it was they have the 3 in 3 months or the 6 in six months for the recognition.
I would like to be more like you guys that do 8+1 consistently

Just got my cute little light up pen for recruiting 3 consultants in 2 months. I was like 1 show short of getting the other pen...oh well.

I got the recruiting one. My light works, but the bottom silver part comes off. It makes it hard to write because the thing moves around! I love these pens they give us, but if the light was working ok, it seems the actual pen didn't hold up so well!

Really? Mine work fine...my kids keep trying to steal both of them! I have to fend them off!!! My husband just laughs....he says, "the things you will do for a light-up pen or a postcard!" :money:I just laugh with him because I am a total carrot chaser!:love0010: Doesn't matter what it is!!

I would contact HO and see if there have been any other problems with them!

No, the part at the bottom, the part where the ink of the pen comes out. It slips off. I can just pull it right off and I don't know if it's supposed to do that.

Ooops. Sorry that I gave you the idea to do that!! Yes, maybe I'll go get some super glue. I have a shoe that's coming apart, so maybe I'll use it for that too. That's what happens when you buy $12 shoes at Target!!
