I agree with the completely dry. If liquid from the meat starts collecting at the bottom I'll pour it out and return to cooking too.
I've found it easiest to clean both the pan and press while still hot. Can usually get it clean with just a brush then.
I'm trying to find the Customer Connection emails. I use the Beta site. Anyone?
Does anyone else feel that PC doesn't explain how to navigate the site well at all?! Such as, in the email they sent today about the holiday baking Customer Connection email - why doesn't it tell us HOW to do...
I need to get a new computer but am thinking of just getting an iPad. Can we run P3 with an iPad?

I have a brunch party on Saturday and we decided on the ham and cheese brunch squares. She's repeat hostess and I like to do a little extra for them. And we have a vegetarian coming.
Trying to think of something to make along with the squares. Anyone have any good ideas...
3 ounce pkg. of Jello (favorite flavor)
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanillaPlace the above ingredients in a large GLASS OR METAL mixing bowl (OF A STAND MIXER). Turn the mixer on high just as you add ½ cup of boiling water. Whip on high for five minutes
