Hi, Does anyone know if you can still use the paper inserts for the muffin pans(stoneware)? I have a customer that is thinking of buying one but she is making muffins for her SS class and asked if she could still use them in the pan? TIA Leigh Ann

Has anyone come across being asked to return a replacement part. She had the old EAD and surprise the ring did not fit. I looked at the bottom of the Replacment form and it mentions no exchanges or refunds. Just wondering if anyone has come across this before?
