Where Did My Order Go? A Customer Service Surprise!

My order disappered!! So I emailed and got a phone call from them. Never did find out "where" my order went, but I had sent an email asking how to find out when my order will be shipped about 2 weeks ago. They are giving me my stuff at no charge! The lady didn't understand why, she said they noted I wasn't happy about something. I told her I never complained about anything but thanks anyway! She laughed! I thought that was great! Just what I needed since money has been tight!

haha, i got a free pkg of ho ho's last night cuz they had marked them wrong!!! i was very happy and i've already eaten half the box :0 and i wonder why i'm gaining weight

Back on subject....I've always had very good luck with merrill. they certainly stand behind their products, and their customer service is top notch!
