Tonight for dinner I am thinking either leftover chili (no enough snow to close schools--no one is home for lunch) or some grilled salmon w/wild rice and a fresh salad......might hold this for Sunday or Monday night---Sat. we are going out to eat!!!:thumbup::balloon::chef:

If the roads are ok..which I am sure they will be since we are not expecting any more snow today..then we are going to do Red Lobster tonight.
 
Pizza Night!

We are having a taste test with 2 different recipes for Gluten Free Crust - they are totally different - one is made with almond flour, and the other is made with cream cheese, eggs, and mozzarella. Trying to find a grain free pizza crust that we like!
