Jerk Rub (OK, that sounds like an "adult item"),

LMBO!! My friends were teasing me when I told them I earned the Jamaican Jerk Rub! You can only imagine where their minds were!

The first step is to admit that you have a problem.

Step 2 is to sit down with your director and create a plan.

Steps 3-11 are getting you there.

Step 12 is to become a Director!!! :D

Kate- how do directors get free sets? 1250 three months before they promote? 1250 three months after they promote? 1250 the three months befire they are released?? I am so confused!

A director gets the products by having $1250 in sales for 3 or the 4 designated months each season. I get confused about a new director. I believe it's 3 of the 4 months prior to promoting.

Before I was a director I HAD to buy anything I didn't earn. And I'm still that way even though I get duplicates of most. So I need to buy the stock pot - I'm so pitiful! Thank goodness I promoted - I'd only be working to feed my habit if I had to buy it all.

Make a plan and then execute it! Promote by July so we can cheer you on at Conference and then you'll get more free stuff too!!!

As for the warranty questions, keep your packing list. This will have all the info you need you if you ever have to replace something.I have that new product addiction as well. I'm okay if I only have a sampling of something like the new SA, but I MUST have that stockpot. My DH and I occasionally have discussions about the difference between a want and a need. The argument I've come up with for the stockpot is that the ancient one I currently have will need to go with our son when he has his own kitchen. Therefore, I need the new stockpot. This way I'll have a great one to replace the old one. Think it will work?

Thanks for the info Beth! I don't want to bend over backwards to buy them now just to earn them later, but I guess I will manage!

Maybe this is a dumb question but how many times can you place a sample order? Can I order a package now and then order open stock later??

You can keep ordering as long as you don't duplicate products you already have...

The only must have for me is the Jerk Rub. I might get either the small dots bowl or the salad chopper thing, but that's it. I don't see too much that's going to be needed now that I'm taking my biz very PT.

I did earn the trifle bowl free in Dec. Maybe that's why I don't want much else :)

I'm ordering nothing. I earned level 2 and will get level 3 when I promote this season.

If I want anything, I'll order on a host's order when she has 30% off. I'll keep my points and career sales, thankyouverymuch.

So even if you promote in the middle of the season they send you the sample products???

didn't know that.

Yes, as long as you've done $1250 in 3 out of the 4 months before you promote.

I earned level 1 and the Trifle bowl.... but I am ordering package A (yes, I realize I'll have duplicates... but until I promote to Director, this is the only way I can get doubles! lol), and most of the open stock. (not the knives, stockpot or trifle bowl... but I think everything else)

I deserve it! Pretty much my entire commission this month will be paying for the sample order and more catalogs!!!!

Where are the pkgs shown?

TIA

I just ordered Package C and the Trifle Bowl. I talked myself out of the rest of it, FOR NOW!

The advantage of Spring over Winter samples is that you can skip ordering them now and order them in Kit Enhancement month if you decide you can't live without them.

Can I just say that this was the BIGGEST motivator for me to promote to Director? :D I love getting TWO of almost everything every season!! :D :D :D

Half-Price makes him VERRRY happy. Almost $100, not so much. Again, he'll most likely consider this a want instead of a need.

Of course, honestly, these days he doesn't usually ask about PC stuff that comes to the house. He usually figures I got it free or really cheap (which I believe is the category the 1/2 price falls into). Okay. You've talked me into it! :p

:D :D Glad to help! :D :D

I earned Level 1 and the Trifle... got it today!! YIPPEE!!

I will probably order Open Stock: Salad Chopper, Jamaican Jerk, Strainer, and Torte Pan Set...

I have asked FOR YEARS for PC to come out with a Strainer like that... I told them... "I am a PC consultant and I still have to use my old RUSTED bent up one".... So if I don't order it...That would be a shame...

REMEMBER>.... You can order in April for Kit Enhancement anything that is in a package that you don't want to order the whole package for....
I want that MIX 'N CHOPPER!!! So I'll try to be patient and wait until April!

Or maybe I'll try to scrap a Show together for March 1st submission....
I may do a Open House Spring Product Viewing toward the middle/end of February...so I can turn it in at the beginning of March.
