esavvymom said:It is in the Fall/Winter '09 Season's Best. Go on to Consultant's Corner, then under the Recipe tab -> Recipes -> Season's Best....
From the drop-down field, you can then select the Fall/Winter '09 book. The recipe will be listed under the Main Dishes category. You select it, and then select "Show my selection". THen you can select if you want the recipe, the shopping list, both, - and if you want to print or email it.
I could post it, but I'm a "teach a man to fish" kind of person. Now you'll know how to find ANY of the Season's Best recipes from the past few years, and can print or email them (including email them to someone else).
Enjoy!

I always make a Chocolate Gooey Cake in the Baker...take two bakers to the shows!
That's it!
Some popular recipes to feature at January shows include hearty winter soups, slow-cooker meals, and comfort food casseroles. Dishes like chili, creamy potato soup, and baked pasta are great options that resonate with guests during the colder months.
Incorporating seasonal ingredients like root vegetables, winter greens, and citrus fruits can enhance your January shows. Consider recipes that highlight these ingredients, such as roasted vegetable salads or citrus-infused desserts, to showcase fresh and flavorful options.
During January shows, consider demonstrating kitchen tools that are perfect for winter cooking, such as slow cookers, food processors, and versatile cookware. Highlighting tools that make meal prep easier can attract attention and encourage sales.
Engaging guests can be achieved by incorporating interactive elements such as cooking demonstrations, taste tests, and recipe sharing. Encourage guests to ask questions and share their own winter cooking tips to create a lively and collaborative atmosphere.
Consider offering promotions such as discounts on winter-themed products, bundle deals on kitchen essentials, or exclusive recipes for attendees. Highlighting any new products or seasonal specials can also create excitement and encourage bookings for future shows.
