HI everyone
just wondering what everyone (who holds monthly meetings for their team) is doing this month??? Just thought I might find some new fun ideas here from others! I usually have about 8-10 who come. We are a very active bunch and have lots of fun,,,,but coming up short for actual training this month. We did new products last month and everyone also brought a recipe to share from the new SB. I have fairly "new" consultants in the group
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

How about a food chopper competition (2 food choppers) and divide into two teams. Ask questions about the stoneware. first one, slaps the food chopper. Fun and great for those that may not know a lot about stoneware.

Hi there! I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but one idea could be to have a mini training session on social media and how to effectively use it for your business. You could also have a fun activity where everyone creates a vision board for their business goals and share them with the group. Another idea could be to have a guest speaker or trainer come in and talk about a specific topic related to your business. Hope these suggestions help!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some icebreaker activities for a team training meeting in September?

Icebreaker activities can help team members connect and feel more comfortable. Consider starting with a "Two Truths and a Lie" game where each person shares two true statements and one false statement about themselves. This encourages conversation and laughter, setting a positive tone for the meeting.

How can we incorporate seasonal themes into our training meeting?

Since September marks the beginning of fall, you can incorporate seasonal themes by using autumn decorations and serving seasonal snacks like pumpkin spice treats or apple cider. You could also have a "Fall Recipe Share" where team members bring their favorite fall recipes to discuss and exchange.

What are some engaging training topics to cover during the meeting?

Focus on topics that are relevant and beneficial to your team. Consider discussing new product launches, effective sales techniques, or customer engagement strategies. You could also include a segment on personal development, such as goal setting for the upcoming months.

How can we make the training meeting interactive?

To make the meeting interactive, incorporate group activities such as role-playing scenarios or team challenges. You can also use breakout sessions for smaller groups to brainstorm ideas or solve problems together, which encourages participation and collaboration.

What are some fun rewards or incentives to motivate team members during the meeting?

Consider offering fun rewards such as gift cards, Pampered Chef products, or a "Team Member of the Month" recognition. You could also create a raffle for attendees, where they can win prizes based on participation or contributions during the meeting, adding an element of excitement.
