You could do a quick demonstration (deep covered baker) in the microwave. I would think this would inspire the staff to start off their show to a good start. Perhaps, instead of doing it at the beginning, have the demonstration halfway through.
Has anyone tried this? Or have thoughts on it? Am I making an incorrect assumption, that places should have microwaves?
