Waiting for a Backorder: What Do I Do?

In summary, when an item is on backorder it means it is currently out of stock and the retailer is waiting for new stock to arrive. The length of time for a backordered item to become available can vary and it's best to contact the retailer for an estimated timeline. You can usually cancel your order if the item is on backorder, but it's important to check the retailer's policies. Some retailers may charge for the item at the time of purchase, while others may wait until it is back in stock. If you need the backordered item by a specific date, it's best to contact the retailer for an estimated restock date or consider purchasing from another retailer.

I've never had something on backorder before,
but since it isnt a product per say, do I just wait for it? Or do i need to talk to HO?

Just wait, they will ship it when it comes in.

I ordered one about 2 weeks ago, I just got it 2 days ago, so the backorder is not that long, I would just wait.

I ordered one for my downline (gift) and it came within 4 days of the original supply shipment.

Hi there! As a Pampered Chef consultant, I can definitely help answer your question about backordered items. Typically, backordered items are products that are temporarily out of stock due to high demand or production delays. In this case, you can either wait for the item to become available or contact our Home Office for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with more information on the status of the item and when it is expected to be back in stock. Thank you for your support and patience!
