To place an order on our website, first add the desired items to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have all the items you want, proceed to checkout where you will fill in your shipping and payment information. Finally, review your order and click on "Place Order" to complete the process.
To track your order, log into your account on our website and go to the "Order History" section. There, you will be able to see the status of your order and any tracking information available. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance with tracking your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes adding or removing items, changing the shipping address, or canceling the order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure all information is correct.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item or a refund for the damaged item.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You can view the estimated delivery time for your order in the "Order History" section of your account. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays or unforeseen delays.
