Isn't that worth it!!! (The phone hang up issue)

Hooray for you! I really need to get on the phone, but I have been busy preparing for a trip to Massachusetts to see family, as well as preparing my PC stuff for a show I will do while I am there. I know what I will be doing while we are making the drive (if the kids will be quite long enough).

Kuddos to you again!

Congrats Carolyn!

Yay for you! Send some booking vibes this way!
I called several earlier, but no bookings yet today!

Carolyn,

How do you expect to keep any customers when you keep telling them off?

(Sorry. Couldn't resist.)

I thought the same thing. Then I realized that it was Carolyn, and that probably wasn't what she meant.

It's so nice to be loved and appreciated for exactly who I am.

Gal-pal wanted. Must be sick and twisted. Ability to sing Barry Manilow songs at a piano bar a plus. Sticks-in-the-mud need not apply.:)

Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes ... Sometimes It Does Work!!!!!!
Good Job:)

You have inspired me, Carolyn!

I was on the phone last night and got 1 July booking and I just made ONE call tonight--just one!--and got another July booking. I'm now up to EIGHT July cooking shows!!!

I have six in June and I'm hoping to fill one open Friday, but no luck so far. :(

Awesome! I finally got another June booking yesterday too....I finally got the gal at home, I had left 5 messages with her already..
my show tonite bombed though....the lady went to Hawaii last week & her plane coming home was grounded, so she's still there. Gonna spend tonite on the phone since I should be working!

Oh, & I was thinkin' the same thing about the f/u call...

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do to prepare for my booking on July 27th?

Start by confirming the details with your host, including the time, location, and guest list. Prepare your product demonstrations and ensure you have all necessary materials, such as catalogs, order forms, and any cooking tools you may need. It's also a good idea to create a checklist to ensure you don't forget anything important.

How can I promote the event to ensure a good turnout?

Encourage your host to reach out to their friends and family through social media, text messages, or phone calls. You can also create an event page on social media to generate excitement. Consider offering incentives for guests who RSVP or bring a friend, such as a small gift or a discount on their first order.

What products should I focus on during the demonstration?

Choose products that are popular and have a high demo impact. Consider showcasing seasonal items or those that align with any upcoming holidays or events. It's also helpful to include a mix of products that cater to different cooking styles and preferences to engage a wider audience.

How can I follow up with guests after the event?

After the event, send a thank-you message to all attendees, expressing your appreciation for their participation. Include a link to your online store or a catalog for them to browse. You can also follow up with personalized messages to those who showed interest in specific products, offering to answer any questions they may have.

What if I encounter challenges during the booking or event?

Challenges are a normal part of direct sales. If you face issues like low attendance or technical difficulties, stay positive and adaptable. Focus on providing a great experience for those who do attend. If needed, reach out to your upline or fellow consultants for advice and support. Remember, every event is a learning opportunity!
