Any ideas - I am sending out a mass e-vite tonight to all my customers. I dont want to leave out anything! A couple things I want to be sure to include is the Round Up for the Second Harvest for Hurricane Katrina and the stoneware specials. Also the new recruitment incentive. Im just having a hard time putting it all together!
By the way - check your websites - they all defaulted to a mauve color for fall, if yours was a citrus color. I changed mine to the yellow and it is really pretty. ;)

Are you using the Individual Orders announcement created by the Home Office? Is there an easier system for distributing emails to large numbers of contacts?

Website AnnouncmentOkay - I set a "show" up under my name - all I am really trying to do is email all my past guests and hosts and let them know about my new website - I was told to do it thru the website because it shows all the nice graphics and all. I put everyones email in and created a really nice email announcing my new website - but before sending, I previewed it (thank-goodness) there is all this stuff that is automatically on there like "date show closes", RSVP etc.....I do not want any of this stuff on there but I see no way around it! The only options for setting up the email are like an invitation. I could always tell them to "disregard the RSVP" this just seems weird. Am I better off just to send a regular email with the link to my website? Seems like it!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in my email announcing my new Pampered Chef website?

In your email, you should include a brief introduction about yourself, the purpose of your new website, and how it can benefit your customers. Highlight any special promotions or features available on the site, and include a clear call-to-action encouraging recipients to visit your website.

How can I make my email announcement engaging?

To make your email engaging, use a friendly and conversational tone. Include visuals such as images of your products or a screenshot of your website. Personalize the email by addressing recipients by name and sharing a personal story or testimonial related to your Pampered Chef journey.

Should I offer a promotion in my email announcement?

Yes, offering a promotion can incentivize your recipients to visit your new website. Consider including a limited-time discount, a free gift with purchase, or a special offer for the first few customers. This can create a sense of urgency and encourage immediate action.

How do I ensure my email reaches my audience?

To ensure your email reaches your audience, use a reliable email marketing platform that complies with anti-spam laws. Build a targeted email list of interested customers and regularly engage with them. Additionally, encourage recipients to add your email address to their contacts to prevent it from going to their spam folder.

What follow-up actions should I take after sending the email?

After sending the email, monitor the response rates and engagement metrics. Follow up with recipients who clicked on the link to your website but did not make a purchase. Consider sending a reminder email about the promotion or sharing additional content that highlights your products and services.
