I'm going to send this to past hosts & invite them to attend my Mega Party in November. I'm also including a spot inviting them to host this year. This will just go to those that have hosted since Nov '07. I'm going to do a similar letter to preferred customers & a different one to my past mega party hosts. I did this last year & ended up with $2500 in sales for one day, plus the rest of my month.

Can you let me know what you think? Sometimes things make sense in my head but not to anyone else.

Thanks.

Looks great, and it made sense to me. :)

Does this work much the same was as a mystery host party?

I like the letter...It made sense to me. Just seemed like an in person multi-host show! Fun!

The difference between this & the mystery host party is that you actually have the hosts who are inviting their own guests. They each have their own parties with orders from their guests. They're just all on the same day & in the same place. I loved doing it!

I'm going to include a postcard with each host letter, too. Then if I haven't heard from them by October 30, I'll call them to make sure that they rec'd my letter.

What is a Host Letter and why is it important for my Mega Party?

A Host Letter is a communication tool that outlines the details of your party, including the date, time, location, and theme. It is important because it sets the tone for your event, informs your guests about what to expect, and encourages them to RSVP and participate. A well-crafted Host Letter can help generate excitement and increase attendance, which ultimately maximizes your sales.

How can I encourage my guests to RSVP to my Mega Party?

To encourage RSVPs, make your Host Letter engaging and personal. Include a clear call to action, such as asking guests to reply by a specific date. You can also create a sense of urgency by mentioning limited-time offers or exclusive products available at the party. Additionally, consider following up with a friendly reminder via text or social media to reinforce the invitation.

What are some effective ways to promote my Mega Party before the event?

Promoting your Mega Party can be done through various channels. Utilize social media platforms to create event pages and share sneak peeks of products. Send out reminders through email or text messages, and encourage your guests to invite friends. You can also create a fun theme or challenge related to your party to generate buzz and excitement among your network.

How can I make my Mega Party more interactive to boost sales?

To make your Mega Party more interactive, consider incorporating games, live demonstrations, or cooking challenges that involve the products you’re showcasing. Encourage guests to participate by offering small prizes or incentives for engagement. Additionally, allow time for questions and discussions about the products, which can help guests feel more connected and likely to make purchases.

What should I include in my Host Letter to maximize sales?

In your Host Letter, include a list of featured products, any special promotions or discounts, and a brief description of the benefits of each item. Highlight any exclusive offers for party attendees and provide a clear link or instructions for placing orders. Additionally, consider including testimonials or success stories from previous parties to build credibility and excitement around the products.
