Haven't had to make any returns, but here is my question....

If I sell a product to a guest, and they do not like it for whatever reason, can it be returned? For example-if they buy a piece of cookware or stoneware, and decide it isn't what they are looking for, can it be returned and will they get their money back? Time frame would be within 30 days. What would happen if it was over 30 days?

They have up to a year to return the product for any reason.

Within 30 days, just simply call the solution center and they will give you a reference number to put on the receipt as well as the outside of box. Then place outside and FEDEX will pickup.

If a customer wants an exchange instead of simply returning it, then Pampered Chef will mail the new item after they receive the returned item. This could take 3-5 weeks.

After 30 days. The customer will have to pay for shipping and PC will refund or exchange.
