Return Policies Without Original Receipts: What You Need to Know

Does it matter if you didn't give the customer the original receipt. I gave all my customers the consultant copy but not the host/home office copy. If they have a return will that be a problem?
 
no, as long as the warrantee information is on the back the receipt is good. It doesn't matter which copy they use.
