You can reprint a receipt from P3.

You can use whatever P3 receipt you have. I agree with Deb--most of the time I do an adjustment online and they don't ask for the receipt just put the reference number on the envelope and with the product. I usually enclose the e-mail with the reference # or give it to my customer(s) to enclose.
letscook04 said:Harriet, you can do an adjustment online even though it was from last year? I just called HO and it is 56 mins wait.

Well , you know if you need any - I can always share - I have to give you back your knife block as well - thanks for the lend!

DebbieJ said:As long as you know the show #, you can do the adjustment online.
DebbieJ said:Oh, you mean the blank receipt paper? They don't care what the date is on those! I would still be using those if I had overstock.

Ya what Deb said - I do it all the time or have my customers do it - do her adjustment then give her the paper work to send in the piece of stone -
DH liked it alot - I think its too big for my kitchen - LOL - No seriously - where I want to put it, ( I should really post pics of my HUGE kitchen - no one would believe it )

The policy typically requires that receipts be dated within a certain timeframe to be eligible for replacements. Receipts from March 2008 may not be accepted due to the age of the document, but it's best to check with the Home Office for specific guidelines.
Generally, receipts should be recent to ensure the product is still under warranty or within the replacement policy. A receipt from 2008 may not be valid, but contacting customer service can provide clarity on your specific situation.
If your receipt is too old, you may want to provide any other proof of purchase, such as order confirmation emails or account records. The Home Office may consider these alternatives on a case-by-case basis.
The best way to confirm if your receipt is acceptable is to contact the Pampered Chef Home Office directly. They can provide specific information regarding your receipt's eligibility for a stone replacement.
Yes, there is typically a time limit for submitting receipts for replacements. This limit varies, so it's important to check the current policies with the Home Office to ensure your request is submitted within the allowed timeframe.
