Hi all,

I was hoping that a few of you would be willing to say a prayer for me. After many discussions with my DH and this month's schedule just being posted at my day job, my DH has insisted I quit and I finally agree.

After much contemplation and discussion with my family and friends, I realized that my passion lies in sharing the Pampered Chef products and mission with others. I have always had a love for cooking and entertaining, and this job allows me to do both while also helping others create delicious and healthy meals.

Leaving a stable job can be daunting, but I am confident in my abilities and the support of the Pampered Chef community. The biggest challenge will be adjusting to a fluctuating income, but I am willing to work hard and build my business to achieve financial stability.

3. What qualities do you think are essential for success in a direct sales job?

In my experience, having a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for the products are crucial for success in direct sales. Being organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to continuously learning and growing are also important qualities to have.

4. How do you plan on balancing your personal life and work as a Pampered Chef consultant?

Balancing work and personal life can be challenging, but I believe in setting boundaries and prioritizing my time. I will make sure to schedule in time for family and self-care, while also being flexible and responsive to my customers' needs. Additionally, I have a strong support system in place to help me manage my responsibilities.

5. What advice do you have for someone considering leaving their day job for direct sales?

My advice would be to thoroughly research the company and products you are considering, and make sure it aligns with your values and interests. It's also important to have a strong support system in place and to be prepared for the challenges that come with being self-employed. Most importantly, follow your passion and don't be afraid to take the leap!
