I did my first Power Cooking show with a group at my SIL's tonight and it went great. They are committing to 4 months total for now so I was thrilled... they will book off eachother every month! The gal for April wants "healthy" freezer meals... what we made were VERY healthly but I knew if there were some that were even better... this would be the place to ask. I used 5 from the Power Cooking files here at CS ... we did all Chicken tonight. They were all thrilled to take home 5 entree's to pop in the freezer! Now... "healthy" ideas... I do not have the new "It's Good For You" Cookbook but maybe I should be investing in it!

I am bumping this up from late last night. I am kind of perplexed at what to do with this request as far as freezer recipes.. hope someone has some ideas.

Do they have to be PC recipes? I have never done one of these shows!
How about a healthy soup? Chop veggies (carrot, onion, garlic, zuchinni etc) add with 1 large can of crushed toms and 1 lg can of broth. When cooked, add 1 can chick peas (or favorite beans) and some cooked chicken. I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I have TONS of recipes....Turkey Sausage Bolognase(sp?)...Lemon chicken etc.
Let me know what you are looking for, maybe I can help!
