I have been searching all day and have come up empty handed. I am looking to mail out postcards promoting my business instead of flyers (cheaper postage). Does anyone have anyideas on what key points I should absolutly include on this since space is limited ? I would love to see an example if anyone has one.

I dont think I know what or where that is ? lol

Town & Country is not one of our vendors any more. But Nancy's Artwork still is, www.nancyweb.com, look at the postcards on there and it might give you some ideas. Or do a search on here under files.

I don't think town and country printing does pampered chef stuff any more but if you go to the consultant website got to Merrill Corp under promoting Your Business they have some post cards designed for Pampered Chef they also have some nice note cards, unless you would like to design it yourself then you can probably buy the actual post cards cheaper from Walmart and use like Microsoft Publisher or Print shop and make your own to personalize them more. Just a thought. But Merrill Corp has some really good stuff for PC consultants.

Here is the website to Nancy's Artwork they've got some good stuff too. http://www.nancys-artworks.com/pc/pages/home.htm

Nancy's always has great postcards and they always send free stuff with orders. I LOVE that in a company!

Yeah, check out Merrill. Even if you make them yourself you can borrow some of their wording. :)

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of using postcards instead of flyers for direct mail marketing?

Postcards are often more visually appealing and can stand out more than traditional flyers. They typically require less paper, making them more cost-effective for printing and mailing. Additionally, postcards can convey a message quickly and effectively, as they don't require unfolding, which can lead to higher engagement rates.

How can I design an effective postcard for my Pampered Chef business?

To design an effective postcard, focus on a clean and eye-catching layout. Use high-quality images of your products, include a compelling headline, and provide a clear call to action. Make sure to highlight any promotions or special offers, and include your contact information and social media handles for easy follow-up.

What size should my postcards be for mailing?

The most common sizes for postcards are 4"x6" and 5"x7". These sizes are cost-effective for mailing and fit well in standard mailboxes. However, you can also consider larger sizes, such as 6"x11", for more impact, but be aware that they may incur higher postage costs.

How do I determine the right mailing list for my postcards?

Identifying the right mailing list involves targeting your ideal customer demographic. You can create a list based on previous customers, local community members, or specific interest groups related to cooking and kitchen products. Consider using services that provide targeted mailing lists or collecting addresses through events and social media campaigns.

What is the best time to send out postcards for maximum impact?

The best time to send out postcards can vary based on your target audience. Generally, sending them at the beginning of the month or just before holidays can yield better results, as people are often looking for new recipes and cooking ideas during these times. Additionally, consider aligning your mailings with any special promotions or product launches to maximize engagement.
